We have owned the corvette for about 7 years it was standard and a bit rough when we bought it in Darwin, but still a nice car to cruze in and turn a few heads But my son Toby and I made the very expensive mistake of going to the biggest custom car show in Australia The Summernats and then to SEMA 3 years in a row That started it, strip the car and trick it up a little. Most of the hard work done by myself and Toby. We now live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and drive as much as possible mainly to car shows the cop are not to keen on the supercharger sticking out so far so we have take it a bit easy It is a lot of fun to drive (on dry roads) I have not put it on a Dyno but it should come in between 500 & 600 HP. The engine was built by a good friend Ian Searle who happens to have a supercharged 1978 Camaro. Toby drove it to its first show (Chevy festival) on a learner driver permit that turned some heads.
