5th Nostalgia Nationals Car Show

5th Nostalgia Nationals Car Show

The Goodguys 5th Nostalgia Nationals was held in October of 2016 at the scenic Beach Bend Raceway and Amusement Park. Over 1,500 1972 and older cars and trucks took part in this awesome three-day event.

The non-stop action started on Friday when the participants taking part in the event could just kick back and enjoy the show & shine or check out the vendors midway, stroll through the swap meet area or take part in the Goodguys AutoCross. The really cool thing about the AutoCross was that it benefited the Austin Hatcher Foundatin for Pediatric Cancer.

The action Friday night was the Nostalgia Drags that was open to pre-1979 racecars and trucks. The Nostalgia Drags were three days of serious competition and the opportunity for spectators to see old school racing.

On Sunday K&N Filters sponsored their “All American Sunday” that was open to all 2016 and earlier American made and/or powered vehicles. This was a great way to wrap up an all-around great show for the participants and spectators alike.
