Corvette Expo

The Fall edition of Corvette Expo rolls into Sevierville, Tennessee on October 17 and 18 with a very special guest - Jeff Lutz - of Hot Rod Drag Week fame and now featured on the n ew hit series “Street Outlaws” on Discovery Channel. Jeff is owner of Lutz Race Cars and will bring his original twin turbo equipped 1957 Chevy, The Beast, and his newest built The Evil Twin. The new car, also a 57 Chevy, will compete for the Worlds Fastest Street Car in September at Hot Rod Drag Week. The new car, Evil Twin, is powered by a 632 CI aluminum block Chevrolet engine with twin 91mm Precision Turbos, and weighs only 2493 pounds due to the use of fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, and other light weight materials. Jeff says the Horsepower output of The Evil Twin could top 3500, and will travel the quarter mile in less than 7 seconds at a speed of well over 200 miles per hour. All this in street legal trim, including all Bel Air trim and metal bumpers.

Jeff will be at Corvette Expo both days talking to his fans, signing autographs, and taking pictures. Stop by and visit with Jeff Friday or Saturday.

Also this Fall the Southeast Chapter of the NCRS, National Corvette Restorers Society, will have their Fall Color Event at Corvette Expo with Flight Judging. Anyone interested in NCRS judging should contact the SE Chapter directly.

The Event also features inside and outside vendors, The Horsepower and HotRod Show as well as the Corvette Judged Competition Show and The Sales Corral. The Corvettes Cruise the Smokies all Corvette cruise on Friday - there truly is something for everybody at the Fall Corvette Expo - Not just a Corvette Show!
