Corvettes on the Gulf www.corvettesonthegulf.com hosted their 8th annual Spooktacular Vette/Chevy Fest on Saturday October 23, 2010 at Roger Dean Chevrolet on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral Florida. The event which ran from 8am-3pm was held in the memory of Ron Gagnon, former president of their car club who passed away in June.

The show was free to spectators, but cost $25 for those that entered their vehicle. The show was open to Corvettes and Chevrolets, with about 77 trophies in multiple categories. There were also 10 “best of show” awards handed out on Saturday. Proceeds from the event will benefit Operation Open Arms. www.operationopenarms.com
