The 15th Annual Vettes at the Village

The World Golf Village in sunny St. Augustine is an all-inclusive Florida golf resort with everything you’re looking for in your next golfing vacation. But if you’re an automotive enthusiast, it also offers a whole new dimension to explore.  Now in its 15th year, ‘Vettes at the Village is an annual Father’s Day get-together hosted by the North Florida Corvette Association and the Jacksonville Corvette Club.  On display around the Village’s Walk of Champions, the huge collection of Corvettes featured examples of all seven generations, ranging from the original C1 concept introduced in 1953 to the ultra modern 2014.  It was obvious that many Corvette owners didn’t waste a moment with several 2014 cars on display, already personalized with numerous upgrades.  The brief noon time shower was the perfect opportunity to visit the World Golf Hall of Fame or take the edge off with one of CaddyShack’s legendary burgers. The sun returned quickly and the spectator parade around the display field resumed.  Free to spectators and with a nominal fee for entrants, proceeds from registration will benefit the Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital.  If you’d like to know more about the 2015 Fathers Day Corvette show at the World Golf Village, check out .
