3rd Annual Arts & Karts  Street Festival Car Show

Car enthusiasts in Florida always have multiple shows to choose from every weekend. While there are huge events that draw thousands of people, some of the best get-togethers are those intimate, small town events where the whole community turns out in support. The Arts and Karts Street Festival in Green Cove Springs, Florida was one of those, sponsored by the Clay County Council on Aging. In addition to the arts and crafts booths inside the Senior Center, the event featured children’s activities, a sidewalk band for some impromptu street dancing, food trucks, and most important, downtown Walnut Street was blocked off to display the wonderful collection of neighborhood vehicles. Antiques, classics, customs, motorcycles, and unique specialty vehicles captured the attention of spectators as they wandered through the historic district. The one day event was a treat for kids of all ages and if you’d like to learn more about this charming downtown street festival, get the details at www.clayccoa.com.
